What makes St. Simons Island Club special
Roughly 400 homes and homesites line the fairways, lagoons and woods of the former St. Simons Island Club golf course, which Sea Island reopened in 2001 as its Retreat Course after a redesign by Davis Love III and Mark Love. Homes are largely Lowcountry and coastal traditional designs built in the 1980s and 1990s. It’s a gated community with three entrances and a property owners’ association. Sea Island Club membership is separate from home ownership.
