Before real estate, I was a flight attendant. That job taught me to take care of people, stay calm when things get bumpy and get everyone where they’re going. I bring the same approach to every home sale.
I live on St. Simons Island and focus on helping sellers on St. Simons Island, Sea Island and Jekyll Island and in Brunswick. Each one is its own market, with its own rules, buyers and quirks, from Jekyll’s state land leases to Brunswick’s historic district.
I also stay current with the tools that help homes sell today: Matterport 3D tours, virtual staging when a room needs it and targeted online marketing that reaches buyers in Atlanta, Charlotte and beyond.
